Welcome back! We are in phase 3! Let's finally meet each other as a company on 15 Jan (FRI) and have our (long overdue) Enrolment and Dedication Service on 16 Jan (SAT). (Sorry 2020 recruits for making you wait so long!) 

note: All Sec 2s + Reanna to come to Level 2 Staffroom to get your GB national tee and GB nametag from me on 8 Jan (FRI) at 12.55pm. (squad leaders help me remind them)

Estelle to put up notice on canteen noticeboard latest by Wednesday.

15 Jan (FRI)
Reporting time: 2pm @ Classroom C205
To bring: Working thermometer, squad handbook (leaders only), bible, stationery, GB nametag (recruits will get their bibles on 15 Jan)
Who: Sec 2s, 3s, 4s.
updated! Attire: any GB Camp tee + school skirt (Sec 2s: PE shirt + school skirt)

Please note that we must always be socially responsible and adhere to Social Distancing Measures during our meeting. There will be a seating plan (for C205) uploaded here next week. Sit according to the seating plan below. Remember to do a wipe down before and after using the tables in C205.

Reporting time: 8am @ outside GB room (to sit according to the seating plan for C205, facing GB room, with 1m distance between one another)
To bring: Working thermometer, GB nametag, squad handbook

Who: Sec 2s, 3s, 4s.

Attire: GB National Tee (blue) + school skirt

0800- 0815 Attendance and temperature taking*
0815- 0835 Enrolment and Dedication 
0835- 0915 Giving Out Badges, chevrons, lanyards
0915- 0930 Announcement & dismissal

*Assistant squad leaders to go to chapel basement to set up chairs (according to C205 seating plan below) and to do wipe down for all chairs while squad leaders to take attendance and temperature. (assistant squad leaders to go only after squad leaders have noted their temperatures)

p.s.: For 2021 Leadership Conference (one of the criteria for promotion), all Sec 3s and 4s are to attend. It will be on 23 Jan (SAT), online, by GBHQ (8.30am to 12.30pm). As such, there will be a 30min online briefing by GBHQ on 16 Jan (SAT), 11am or 12noon (To Be Confirmed).
