update on 'giving back' event to people with special needs

Dear GB girls,

Much apologies that this notice is up so late. There were some issues on confirming the date of the 'giving back' event with the beneficiary, but it's all settled now! Praise the Lord!

Instead of the 23/30 August 2019 dates in your consent form, we will be having the event on 11 Sep (WED). The timing still needs some ironing out but earliest it will start will be 9.30am and it should end by 1pm.

We will be taking a walk in the park in Gardens By The Bay with the special needs people from Tampines MINDS (Movement for the INtellectually Disabled of Singapore). There will be staff from MINDS to assist us and we will brief you on how to interact with them. I'm looking forward to it! Are you? :)

I will be issuing a new consent form for this event. It is the final 'give back' event for 2019 (as part of our 50th anniversary celebration).

Do alert me if you are unable to make it because it falls in the middle of the Sep break.

The following girls please come and see me (during the start of your recess on 2 SEP (MON)) to collect the consent forms for your batch:
Sec 1: Olina
Sec 2: Jiaxuan
Sec 3: May

Note: There is no GB meeting on 30 Aug 2019. However, i understand that the Sec 3s have a first aid test, so please go for it at the timing told to you.
