CCA Open house 2018

Booth should be set up by 8am. Report by 7.30am at GB room.

Ends: 12noon.

Attire: Nov Camp Tee (Green), school skirt, school shoes.

People involved: Gladys, Valencia, Fannie, Samantha, Grace and May.

Please design a simple leaflet stating our usual activities, meeting days (i.e. mostly FRIs with some Sats) and do up a slideshow to inform the Sec 1s about GB activities. I can photocopy the leaflet for you if you give me in advance

Samantha and Grace: The photos and albums' receipts?

First GB meeting for 2018 will be on 12 Jan (FRI), 2pm to 5pm.
Leadership conference for Sec 4s will be on 20 Jan (SAT), 9am to 4.30pm* @ GBHQ.
*compulsory for promotion
