hope your holidays have been meaningful so far! 2018 is round the corner so here's a heads-up on what are some of the things to come in the new year:
- CCA openhouse on 6 Jan (Sat) 2018.
I need more helpers for CCA openhouse for a few hours. It shouldn't be as long as the PHS openhouse but no details are released yet from the school. If you are able to help GB out on that day, please text me or leave me an email at my Preshigh account before 15 Dec 2017 (FRI).
- Committees recruitment.
Just like this year, there will be recruitment for the following committees within GB: Design Team, Praise Team, Drill Team as well as a new committee, Events Team. I will give you more details during one of the meetings in Jan 2018. Do give it a thought and make your time in GB more meaningful with active contributions! :)
- Drill Competition 2018.
Every alternate year, GB Singapore hosts a Nation-wide drill competition during the Sat of the March break. The rules have changed for the coming competition and we are not allowed to send majority of you to the competition anymore (sorry about this, it will affect your LEAPS "Achievements" points if you are unable to participate). As such, our company can send only a select few to represent us (and uphold our good reputation). More details in January!
