GB fortnight 2017

GB Fortnight First and Second Collection

Dear all 

There are two collection dates for the Brigade Fortnight.

The first collection date and timings are as follows (at Level 3 Math Staffroom):

Please change your raised funds to larger denominations as far as possible!! (to facilitate rate of collection)

• Sec 1, 2, 3: 20 July (THU). Any time between 1.55pm to 3pm.
• Sec 4 and 5: 21 July (FRI). Any time between 10.10am to 1.30pm.

***Those who were not able to make it on 20 (THU) or 21 July (FRI), please see me to inform me BEFOREHAND. For people on MC during collection date, please see me on 24 JUL (MON) between 2pm and 3pm.

The second collection date and timings are as follows:

• Sec 1, 2: 26 July (WED). Any time during your recess.
• Sec 3, 4 and 5: 26 July (WED).  Any time between 2pm to 5pm.

***Those who were not able to make it on 26 July (WED), please see me to inform me BEFOREHAND. For people on MC during collection date, please see me on 27 JUL (THU) between 2pm to 5pm.

As mentioned, those who face difficulties in raising the target amount, we have opened up a platform for you to raise money. This platform is on a voluntary basis, and it is our way to help you (not leave you in a lurch to find a solution yourself to raise the money). 

Should you need this helping hand, kindly inform me when you submit your money (and cards) during each collection times. I will issue you a consent form.

Once again, let's work hard and put in efforts~!^^ 
P.s.: Should you not be able to meet me at the scheduled timeslot, kindly inform me prior to the date and we'll find another solution.

NOTE: next GB meeting will be on 4 AUG (FRI) 2017.
