GB Day (MON 17 July) and GB Fortnight 2017

Good day girls~!! It's GB day again!^^

It's OUR day! So let's do our best to show our best side to the school and represent GB proudly! :)

Instructions

All GB girls (Sec 1 to 5) are to fall-in outside GB room in FULL GB uniform by 7am.

Kindly fall-in in levels (e.g. Sec 1, Sec 2, Sec 3, Sec 4/5). Total: 4 contingents.

We will be standing on the field (just like the other UGs) in these contingents during morning assembly. 

(in the event of wet weather, the contingents will assemble in the foyer area near general office instead of field)

Sec 1 contingent commander*: Tan Xin Ying
Sec 2 contingent commander*: Emma Tay
Sec 3 contingent commander*: Valencia Wu
Sec 4/5 contingent commander*: Maureen

*Bring gloves.

Contingent commanders are to take attendance (write down the names of those present and absent on a piece of paper - bring your own paper and pen) and to conduct uniform inspection. Start at 7am sharp. Parade Commander to oversee the punctuality of the fall-in. Contingent commanders to move contingents to stand in field at 7.20am.

State flag/School flag raisers*:  Liaw Mei Yi and Jadyn Toh
State flag/School flag escorts*: Celeste Boo and Sarah Lin
*Bring gloves. Be ready by 7.20am at flag poles.

DURING recess, you may change out of your full-uniform.

Change into National tee with school skirt and school shoes.

Exception: Only if you have PE before recess, you may change out immediately after morning assembly and be in national tee after PE.

Brigade Fortnight card
Kindly collect the Brigade Fortnight card BEFORE you return to your respective classes (if you still have not received it yet).

We are NOT allowed to go door-to-door or approach people on the streets for donations as we do not have the license for it. No cancellations or correction fluid or correction tape allowed on the donation cards.

As usual, there will be two collection dates (one each week) and we will still be offering you the opportunity to collect funds during Sunday church service at our school chapel if you have difficulties raising the required amount.

**Check this website more often these two weeks to update yourself on the collection dates!**
