GB meeting on 20 Aug (SAT)

NCO on duty: Shayer (SAT)

Shayer to update GB noticeboard in canteen by Wednesday (1st recess).

Squad leaders to collect squad handbooks from Ms Joseph by Wednesday.

Duty NCO to open all required classrooms for CCA before company fall-in for attendance.

20 Aug (SAT)

Reporting time: 8am outside GB room

To bring: Working thermometer, squad handbook (all 6 leaders only), GB nametag, acrylic paint, newspapers, paint brushes and small cup (for holding paint water), wet tissue to clean up any dried paint/mess left on floor/table/chair, water bottle (optional, but good to have for drinking).

Who: Sec 1s, 2s, 3s
Attire: latest GB Company tee (navy blue) + school skirt

-Attendance and Temperature taking (10min) - outside GB room

-8.10am: Getting ready - canteen (double check venue with Charis/Mrs Tan)

-8.25am: Welcoming parents

-8.30 to 9.30am: Rock painting activity with families

-9.30am: Thanking families for joining us :)

-9.40am: Clearing up (GB girls)

-10am: Announcement and Dismissal (10min) - outside GB room

GB Fortnight 2022

Started: 30 July (SAT)

Second (final) collection on 20 Aug (SAT), 7:30am to 7:55am (first come, first serve). 

Please change your raised funds to larger denominations as far as possible!! No coins, please. 

Change coins to notes with people you know or canteen vendors (to facilitate rate of collection -  so that it can be collected faster and more accurately)

All Sec 1s, 2s, 3s to bring your fortnight card (and pamphlets if you have taken them) and the money when you queue up to submit.

Remember, we want to see you put in effort and do your best for this.

For those who have taken the pamphlet: the amount you received in the pamphlet should NOT be signed onto the fortnight card. They are separate.
