Recruits (Sec 1s + Jermaine): Fill in the Google form sent to your email yesterday regarding BBGB Enrolment Service (as of 19May: Jia Ni, Helaine, Ashlyn, Charlene, Alicia, Belinda, Portia, Yi Qin, Myra have responded so far. Hazel and Ya Yue, please check email from me).

Parents' Gateway (PG) yet to acknowledge (as of 19May): Hui Shan, Charlotte.

NCOs on duty: Shayer (FRI) and Shannen (SAT)

Shayer to update GB noticeboard in canteen by Thursday (since Wednesday is HBL).

Squad leaders to collect squad handbooks by Thursday (since Wednesday is HBL).

Duty NCO to open all the classrooms for CCA before company fall-in for attendance.

20 May (FRI)

Reporting time: 2pm outside GB room

To bring: Working thermometer, squad handbook (all 6 leaders only), bible, stationery, devotion journals, GB nametag, water bottle.

Who: Sec 1s, 2s, 3s
Attire: GB National tee (blue collared) + school skirt

-Attendance and Temperature taking (10min) - outside GB room

-Devotion (30min) - chapel basement (need not arrange chairs)

-Games (80min) - led by Sec 2s (under Mrs Tan)

-Announcement and Dismissal (10min) - outside GB room

21 May (SAT) - 'Giving back' to community activity

Reporting time: 8am outside GB room

To bring: Working thermometer, squad handbook (all 6 leaders only), GB nametag, water bottle (at least 500ml), put on sunblock (cap is optional), mosquito repellent/patch (if needed).

Who: Sec 1s, 2s, 3s
Attire: latest GB Company tee (navy blue) + school skirt (can wear PHS PE shorts underneath)

-Attendance and Temperature taking (10min) - outside GB room

-Boarding the bus (5min)*consent form not submitted, not allowed to go.

-Leaving PHS towards venue for rooftop farm

-Cleaning (till 11am) - water parade every 30min

-Boarding the bus (5min)

-Journey back to PHS

-Announcement and Dismissal (10min) - outside GB room

As we will be on a rooftop farm, there are strict emphasis on your safety. No one is to go 1 meter near the perimeter of the rooftop edges. This is the 'No Admittance' zone.
