Olina to update GB noticeboard in canteen by Thursday.

Squad leaders to collect squad handbooks by Thursday. 

Duty NCO to open all the classrooms for CCA before company fall-in for attendance.

1 April (FRI) - No CCA (PHS Thanksgiving Day)

2 April (SAT) - assistant squad leaders to see me after meeting ends

Reporting time: 8am outside GB room (Keep 1m distance from one another)

To bring: Working thermometer, squad handbook (all 12 leaders only), bible, stationery, devotion journals, GB nametag, water bottle. SEC 4s: Wear FULL GB Uniform + GB boots + GB socks . Bring $8 for the 2022 company shirt. Please bring exact (no coins) - if yet to submit.

Who: Sec 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s + Phoebe
Attire: any GB tee + school skirt (Sec 1s: Mar Training Session (maroon) shirt + School skirt + school nametag)

-Attendance and Temperature taking (10min) - outside GB room (Sec 4s should already be in full GB uniform before this)

-Devotion (30min) - Chapel basement - assistant squad leaders to arrange chairs at 7.50-7.55am.

Sec4: Drill Assessment (to join Sec2-3 upon completion) - parade square

-Announcement and Dismissal (10min) - outside GB room

Remember to keep to the school's social distancing measures, and always wipe down before and after use. Masks on for all enclosed venues.
