There will be GB meeting on 20 Aug (FRI), and it is face to face.

The school has just received instructions to tighten the safety measures for Covid for CCAs.
Thus, we are still finalizing and seeking school's approval for the location/seating plan for each of our activity, so we will put up the information as soon as possible before Friday's meeting.
The programme will continue as:
-Attendance and Temperature taking (10min)
-Devotion (20min)
-Badgework (80min)
Sec1: Educational (2of3)
Sec2: TD (Silver)(1of2)
Sec3: Event to collab. with parents – planning (2of3)
-Announcement and Dismissal (10min)
Reporting time: 2pm @ Venue To Be Confirmed
To bring: Working thermometer, squad handbook (squad leaders only), bible, stationery, devotion journals, GB nametag.
Who: Sec 1s, 2s, 3s.
Attire: Sec 2s and 3s: HOPE shirt (green) / Recruits: GB National tee (Blue) + school skirt

After the confirmation of the Safe Management Measures (SMM), we will be following this new measure till further notice.
There must be no gathering of the whole company at any venue, so there won't be a combined fall-in (reporting) or fall-out (dismissal). Bring your bags and belongings to your respective reporting venue.

Please change your raised funds to larger denominations as far as possible!! No coins, please.
Change coins to notes with people you know or canteen vendors (to facilitate rate of collection - so that it can be collected faster and more accurately)
