GB Meeting on 14 Feb (FRI)

Dear GB girls,

As more and more precautions are being taken due to the coronavirus situation, the school has recently rolled out more steps to help us cope.

One of such steps is that there should not be too much mixing across the various cohorts/levels. And another step is that every student will attend CCA maximum once a week. As such, at least for Term 1, we will be unable to meet as a full company. *sad*

Every CCA have their own way to manage the situation, but every CCA has to ensure the same steps listed by the school are followed.

For this Friday's meeting, the Sec 3s have a paid first aid session with a vendor, so they will have to be down. And I would like to meet the Sec 1s more, so Sec 1s will be down too. Sec 2s, 4s and 5s can take a break from a company meeting for this week.

I will briefly tell you who will be down on which days for Term 1:
21 Feb (Sec 1, Sec 3) 2pm to 5pm
22 Feb (Sec 4s- interview) 10am to 11am *waiting for GBHQ's confirmation
28 Feb (Sec 2, Sec 4/5s) 2pm to 5pm
6 Mar (Sec 2, Sec 4/5s) 2pm to 5pm

To bring: Stationery, Bible, GB nametag, boots and GB one-fold socks
Note: Since only either the squad leader or assistant squad will be around these few weeks for meetings, make sure you [squad leader and assistant squad leader] bring your own copy of the squad handbook. And find ways to update the other on the updates that Ms Joseph indicate in your copy. When only Sec 4s are down for meetings, Joleen please pass your book to May who will take over your duty temporarily. Sorry to trouble you, May.
