Reminder: Both squad and assistant squad leaders should bring their squad handbooks for every meeting and hold them in the left hand during roll-call and company fall-out. Both books' attendance should be updated in the same manner. The only difference is that the absentees' attendance will be edited by Ms Joseph on the squad leaders' handbook. The assistant squad leader has to duplicate what Ms Joseph wrote into their own handbook in order for both books to have the same data.
