GB fortnight 2019

GB Fortnight First and Second Collection


Dear all 

There are two collection dates for the Brigade Fortnight.

The first collection date and timings are as follows (at Level 3 consultation room just next to staffroom):


Please change your raised funds to larger denominations as far as possible!! (to facilitate rate of collection)
  • Sec 1, 2: 18 July (THU). Any time during FIRST lower sec recess.
  • Sec 3, 4, 5: 18 July (THU). Any time during FIRST upper sec recess
***Those who were not able to make it on 18 July (THU), please see me to inform me BEFOREHAND. For people on MC during collection date, please see me on 19 JUL (FRI) between 12.30pm to 1pm. Please contact me if you are also on MC on 18 Jul.

The second collection date and timings are as follows:
  • Sec 1, 2: 25 July (THU). Any time during FIRST lower sec recess.
  • Sec 3, 4, 5: 25 July (THU). Any time during FIRST upper sec recess
***Those who were not able to make it on 25 July (THU), please see me to inform me BEFOREHAND. For people on MC during collection date, please see me on 26 JUL (FRI) during your recess.

As mentioned, those who face difficulties in raising the target amount, we have opened up a platform for you to raise money. This platform is on a voluntary basis, and it is our way to help you (not leave you in a lurch to find a solution yourself to raise the money). 

Should you need this helping hand, kindly inform me when you submit your money (and cards) during each collection times. I will issue you a consent form.

Once again, let's work hard and put in efforts~!^^ 
P.s.: Should you not be able to meet me at the scheduled timeslot, kindly inform me prior to the date and we'll find another solution.


Do approach me for another fortnight card, if you ran out of $2 spaces. And if you have donors who wish to donate $50 or more, you may get them to donate via a fortnight pamphlet (this will give the donor tax exemption). Do get the pamphlet from me.

We are NOT allowed to go door-to-door or approach people on the streets for donations as we do not have the license for it. No cancellations or correction fluid or correction tape allowed on the donation cards.

NOTE: next GB meeting will be on 19 JULY (FRI) 2019. 
GB Friendship Day on 20 July (SAT) is for Sec 2s and 3s only. Meet in PHS at 6.45am.
