Update! Sec 3s will still go for the dragon boating. I've spoken to the ViA teacher in charge and she said the minimum 6hr of compulsory ViA for 2017 can be covered with our Pioneer Service badge. Please update your form teachers.

Below are the details for the participants to take note of:
1. To be in the proper attire before the course commence as this will facilitate the group to have more activity time in the water (Locker will be provided).
2. Bring at least 1L of water due to the hot weather.
3. Have a light Breakfast before you come for the programme. This will prevent you from feeling faint/weak during the session.
4. For those wearing glasses, it will be advisable for you to get spectacles hooks/ band. This will prevent you from losing their spectacles while in the water.
5. Covered shoes are compulsory for kayaking. Old shoes would be good. Slippers are not recommended as most of the skin on the feet is exposed and they can slip off our feet easily.
