Dragon Boating* (Session 2 of 3)
*Dragon boating will be used to earn senior physical badge for Sec 1s (Avelyn, Ivonne, Sabrinah, Cordelia and Demelza will still have to attend despite missing first session)
Fall-in: 7.45am outside GB room
Bus departs: 8am from PHS
Dragon Boating: 830am to 1030am
Bus departs from reservoir: 1045am (should reach PHS before 11.30am if we board on time)
Attire: refer to Term 3 and 4 Events List/Consent Form
To bring:
1. To be in the proper attire before the course commence as this will facilitate the group to have more activity time in the water (Locker will be provided).
2. Bring at least 1L of water due to the hot weather.
3. Have a light Breakfast before you come for the programme. This will prevent you from feeling faint/weak during the session.
4. For those wearing glasses, it will be advisable for you to get spectacles hooks/ band. This will prevent you from losing their spectacles while in the water.
5. Covered shoes are compulsory for kayaking. Old shoes would be good. Slippers are not recommended as most of the skin on the feet is exposed and they can slip off our feet easily.
