common test period is here! take a break from GB meeting this week and study hard!

GB Fortnight First and Second Collection

Dear all 

There are two collection dates for the Brigade Fortnight.

The first collection date and timings are as follows (at Level 3 Math Staffroom):

Please change your raised funds to larger denominations as far as possible!! (to facilitate rate of collection)

• Sec 1, 2, 3: 22 July (FRI). Any time between 1.30pm to 2.15pm.
• Sec 4 and 5: 22 July (FRI). Any time during your recess.

***Those who were not able to make it on 22 July (FRI), please see me to inform me BEFOREHAND.

The second collection date and timings are as follows:

• Sec 1, 2, 3: 29 July (FRI). Any time between 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
• Sec 4 and 5: 29 July (FRI).  Any time during your recess.

***Those who were not able to make it on 29 July (FRI), please see me to inform me BEFOREHAND.

As mentioned, those who face difficulties in raising the target amount, we have opened up a platform for you to raise money. This platform is on a voluntary basis, and it is our way to help you (not leave you in a lurch to find a solution yourself to raise the money). 

Should you need this helping hand, kindly inform me when you submit your money (and cards) during each collection times. I will issue you a consent form.

Once again, let's work hard and put in efforts~!^^ 

P.s.: Should you not be able to meet me at the scheduled timeslot, kindly inform me prior to the date and we'll find another solution.
