****Note: all to turn up for rehearsal this fri 18 march (from 9am to 12noon, FULL-U) EXCEPT NON-parade teams (see below) as well as supporting contingent. sec 2s involved in drill competition on sat 19 march need not turn up as well. sec 2s will report according to the timing told by your commander Kimberly. bus will depart from phs for nee soon camp on 19 march 1.45pm.****

A. Decor (setup of hall, tables, ushers) -report to mrs ho:

B. Prize table (prepare prizes for brigade fortnight top 3, BK badges, arrangements for prize table on actual day, get silver tray for BK badges, table cloth for prize table)-report to ms chua:
siying (team leader), nicole marie (mentor to team leader), hweeling.

C. first-aiders (station themselves at different corners of parade square during parade, keep a watchful eye over gb & bb's health conditions, especially those who are about to faint, bring collapsing cadets out and provide first aid)-report to mdm gerksin: annie (team leader), lijin (mentor to team leader), sherianne, elicia.
