GB Fortnight First and Second Collection

Dear all 

There are two collection dates for the Brigade Fortnight.

The first collection date and timings are as follows (at Level 3 Math Staffroom):

Please change your raised funds to larger denominations as far as possible!! (to facilitate rate of collection)

• Sec 1: 16 July (Thu). Any time between 9.45am to 10.25am.
• Sec 2: 16 July (Thu). Any time between 1.50pm to 2.15pm.
• Sec 3, 4 and 5: 16 July (Thu). Any time between 2.35pm to 3pm.

(As it is a public holiday on 17th July (Fri), the first collection has to be this Thursday)

***Those who were not able to make it on 16th July (Thu), please see me with your cards and money on 20 July (Mon) between 1.45pm and 2.15pm*** 

The second collection date and timings are as follows:

• Sec 1: 23 July (Thu). Any time between 9.45am to 10.25am.
• Sec 2: 23 July (Thu). Any time between 1.50pm to 2.15pm.
• Sec 3, 4 and 5: 23 July (Thu). Any time between 2.35pm to 3pm.

***Those who were not able to make it on 23rd July (Thu), please see me with your cards and money on 24 July (Fri) between 12.30pm and 12.45pm***

As mentioned, those who face difficulties in raising the target amount, we have opened up a platform for you to raise money. This platform is on a voluntary basis, and it is our way to help you (not leave you in a lurch to find a solution yourself to raise the money). 

Should you need this helping hand, kindly inform me when you submit your money (and cards) during each collection times. I will issue you a consent form.

Once again, let's work hard and put in efforts~!^^ 
P.s.: Should you not be able to meet me at the scheduled timeslot, kindly inform me prior to the date and we'll find another solution.
