GB Fortnight First Collection

Dear all

There are two collection dates for the Brigade Fortnight.

The first collection dates and timings are as follows (at Level 3 Math Staffroom):

Please change your raised funds to larger denominations as far as possible!! (to facilitate rate of collection)

• Sec 1: 18 July (Fri). Any time between 11am to 11.20am
• Sec 3: 18 July (Fri). Any time between 11.20am to 11.40am.
• Sec 2: 18 July (Fri). Any time from 1pm to 1.30pm.
• Sec 4/5: 21 July (Mon). Any time between 11.20am to 11.40am.

As the school will be celebrating its Thanksgiving and Honours Day on 25th July (Fri), and that 24th July (Thu) is a half day due to the celebration, the second collection has to be earlier.

The second collection dates and timings are as follows:

• Sec 1-3: 24th July (Thu). Any time between  10.50am to 11.30am.
• Sec 4/5: 25th July (Fri). Please approach me before you leave the school after the Thanksgiving celebrations.

As mentioned, those who face difficulties in raising the target amount, we have opened up a platform for you to raise money. This platform is on a voluntary basis, and it is our way to help you (not leave you in a lurch to find a solution yourself to raise the money).

Should you need this helping hand, kindly inform me when you submit your money (and cards) during each collection times. I will issue you a consent form.

Once again, let's work hard and put in efforts~!^^
P.s.: Should you not be able to meet me at the scheduled timeslot, kindly inform me prior to the date and we'll find another solution.
