Sec 2 – Helping with Decoration, Hall logistics, Ushers (final touch up)
Sec 3 – Supporting Contingent
1845 – 1900 Clear Hall
1900 – Fall Out
Attire: Full Uniform

*** Sec 2 will help with logistics, ushers, decoration and programme in the Hall prior

*** Sec 3 will focus on the handover and be part of the supporting contingent.
You are invited to a dinner reception.
Everyone will help to clean up the hall after the event.
Consent forms will be issued to you by Mdm Laura.
There will not be any GB meeting on 12 Apr.
However, Mdm Gerk Sin and I will need to meet the Sec 2s and 3s for some admin matters on Sat (12 Apr).
I will release the info. to individual level on Fri during the meeting.
