Please note the arrangement for this Sat's GB Meeting:
Fall-in time is 8.30 am for all in FULL UNIFORM AND BOOTS.
Make sure you are wearing a complete GB uniform attire and check to ensure that you have the necssary items on it.
0830 - 0845:
Roll Call
0845 - 0900:
Final check for the Open House display in room C102.
0900 - 1130:
(i) Sec 1 and 3 to mend the Open House classroom. Half the Sec 1s and 3s will be walking around to issue pamphlets as well as bringing the visitors to have a look at the way we conduct badgework.
The other to follow Sec 3 and conduct show-and-tell to the visitors in C102.
(ii) Sec 2 will be having badgework in C109 on Healthy Attitude II.
Bring along bible, values venture results slip and stationery.
1145 - 1415:
(i) Sec 2 will mend the booth in C102 as well as bringing the visitors to have a look at the way we conduct badgework.
(ii) Sec 1 and 3 to have badgework.
Sec 1: Structural activity (by Shumin and Pui Ying) in C108 (in case wet weather. Else parade square)
Bring scissors, plastic bag.
Sec 3: Resp in the Home followed by ATC planning and finalisation from 1300 - 1400) in C109.
Bring Bible, stationery.
1415 - 1430:
Gather in C102 for briefing on next week's programme and issue of consent forms and admin matters.
1430 - 1445:
Packing up.
Latest fall-out time is 1445 should there be an early packing up.
NOTE:
* Please bring along a bun or snack with you should you feel hungry nearing lunch time. No lunch is provided.
* You are also reminded to have a heavy breakfast before reporting to school.
