2) Girls to bring the consent forms on Sat for submission.

3) Ensure that your EZ-link card has $ as you are making your way to and fro the destination.

0845 - 0900            Roll call

0900 - 0930            Planning / Briefing

0930                        Set off for the venue

1000 - 1200            Arrival at Botanical Garden; ready to embark on the tasks assigned

1200 - 1215            Completion of tasks; proceed to the amphitheatre and get ready for the Picnic

1215 -1245             Preparing for Picnic

1245 - 1300            Present to judges and eat

1300 - 1315            Packing and Clearing ;  Fall out

Attire: GB Nat Tee, skirt and covered shoes
