It's been more than a month since our last GB Meeting. So here's the programme for this Sat, our 1st GB Meeting in Sem 2:
0900-0915 Roll call
0915-1030 Drill
1030-1035 Break/preparation
1035-1130 Captain's ball
1130-1200 Singspiration and devotion (Sq leaders to prepare)
1200-1215 Fall out
1215 - 1230 Committee assign
Attire: Orange Tee and skirt for Sec2-3
PE Tee and skirt for Sec 1
Fall in with boots.
Bring your school shoes along for the Captain's ball game changeover.
I will also be getting all of you into committees for GB which comprise the following:
1) Recreational (x3),
2) Logistics (x5),
3) Welfare (x10),
4) Publicity (x5),
5) P-Cube coordinators (x8),
6) Church Event Coordinators (x7)
7) Devotion (x5)
8) Decoration (incl. GB Room decoration) (x5)
The job scope can be revealed more to you during the meeting itself.
I will give you time during this period till we meet on Sat for the final grouping. There should be a fair mix of Sec 1 - 3 girls in every comm. Else I will reassign on the spot without prior notice. Have fun sourcing for the right people to be in the committee.
