Drill Stage Test
Attention those who needs to take the drill stage tests (Practical)
You will report to Christchurch Secondary School in Woodlands at 8.45am and come back together to PHS by 11.45am, FULL-UNIFORM. Please arrive there on time, i do not wish to hear them giving me bad feedback of any kind about our company.
As it is also our school openhouse, you will be scheduled to report back to PHS to help out. Please look out for the schedule notice which will be up in due time. I will be giving out the consent forms by next friday (28Oct).
People I have registered:
Stage 1:
Mei Yang, Grace, Emileen, Soo Xien, Si-En, Lynn, Si Yuan.
Stage 2:
Jean Sim, Geraldine.
PHS OpenHouse
I need Kimberley, Ruth, Abigail and Raina to be in charge of planning how our allocated classroom layout would look like.
The four of you will be jointly in-charge (meaning if anything goes wrong, all four of you will be equally accountable), you will be able to assign any one to help you as long as they are not involved in any other events (such as the drill stage test). -please liaise with Ms Chua because she would be assigning who is on which shift duty.
What needs to be done:
1. Design layout of the classroom (move tables to the side? where to put the chairs/tables/etc)
2. Create slideshow of our activities/about GB
3. Go liaise with a GB teacher to borrow a laptop (not me) AND VGA CABLE and sound cable to play the slideshow
4. Source and compile photos/videos for display (scrapbooking like last year)
5. Any other decorations for the classroom
6. Labels to direct people to come GB room (from canteen, etc)
7. Simple flyers (not too wordy. something that can catch their attention)
8. Come up with duties for everyone so no one is standing idle on Sat)
9. Let me know how much you need after you list and calculate your costs.
Please meet up on your own timing, and show me an almost-final draft of your plans on 27Oct (thursday), after school (come look for me at the math staff room). Any pressing queries which you cannot solve yourself, please msg me early, do not wait until the last minute.
