Consent forms for ATC

To all girls who have not received your consent forms during the Open House today:

- If you are in lower Sec, get your sq. leaders to scan and email you. You should print out and then submit on the day of the camp;

- If you are in upper Sec, collect your consent forms on Mon from Ms Chong.
