Please print out the consent form which I have shared with you via the preshigh gmail. Kindly drop me an email if you have or have not received the link.

Simply click to open and then PRINT OUT. Bring along on 10 Sept for submission.

If your printer is not working, inform your parents to write us a letter to consent. You will not be able to join us if you do not present the consent form or letter before departure.
