Please note the following CHANGES:

Fall in @ 7am instead of 8am. (PHS parade square)
Fall out @ 1.30pm instead of 5pm.

Attire: FULL GB UNIFORM (polish your boots! cut your nails!)
Uniform inspection during fall-in. Unsatisfactory standard will be awarded 1min hentak (for training) per uniform error. boots not polished = automatic 5mins. stay back after fall out to carry out.

Staff from GBHQ will be around so please GREET them "'Good morning, mdm!"
